Mechanism Of Action Of Aescin:
- Amorphous aescin is a medicine that belongs to a class known as “capillary-stabilizing agents”.
- It works by acting on the vascular wall by decreasing the extravasation of fluid into the tissue and speeding up the subsidence of edema (swelling due to fluids).
- It also decreases inflammation and improves circulation.
Therapeutic Indications Of Reparil Tablets:
- Repair is used for the treatment of localized swelling and congestion due to injuries.

Method Of Administration Of Reparil Tablets:
- Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.

- Adults older than 14 years of age: Recommended initial dose is 2 tablets orally three times daily. The recommended dose in milder cases or as a maintenance dose is 1 tablet orally three times daily.
- Children between 7 and 14 years of age: The recommended dose is 1 tablet orally 2 or 3 times daily.
- Children less than 7 years of age: Use is not recommended in children less than 7 years of age.
- Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
- If you take more than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital straight away.
- If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it unless it is nearly time for your next dose.
