Uses:

• Used in adult patients with chronic renal failure for the treatment of hypocalcemia, secondary hyperparathyroidism, or osteodystrophy.
• Treatment of nutritional and malabsorptive rickets.
• Vitamin D-dependent rickets.
• Hypophosphataemic vitamin D resistant rickets and osteomalacia.
