Product Description:

• Atrovent Soln 500 Mcg/2 ml belongs to a class of medications known as anticholinergics, which operate as bronchodilators.

Uses:

• It is used to make breathing easier for those who have breathing problems.

• ATROSOL works by opening your airways.

Precautions and warnings:

• In rare circumstances, acute hypersensitivity reactions to inhalation can appear as:
  • rash.
  • urticaria.
  • angioedema.
  • bronchospasm.
  • edema of the mouth and pharynx.
  • anaphylactic shock.
• Inhaled medicines can produce paradoxical bronchospasm, which is potentially fatal.

Side effects:

• Dizziness.
• Accommodation difficulties.
• Mydriasis.
• Impaired vision may occur during therapy, thus exercise caution when driving or using machinery.

Ingredients:

• Ipratropium Bromide.
• Sodium chloride.
• Purified water.

Concentration:

•  Each ampoule contains ipratropium bromide at 500 micrograms/1ml.

Pharmacological classification:

• 20 Ampoule.

How to Use:

• Place the mouthpiece between your teeth and over your tongue.
• Shut your lips around it.
• Press the top of the canister once to let one puff of medicine into the spacer.
• Within 1 or 2 seconds, begin breathing in slowly and deeply via your mouth for 5 to 10 seconds.

Storage Conditions:

• Ipratropium Bromide 0.5 mg and Albuterol Sulfate 3 mg should be stored at temperatures ranging from 36° to 77°F (2° to 25°C).
• Keep light out.
• Keep unused vials in their foil pouches or cartons.
• Ipratropium Bromide 0.5 mg and Albuterol Sulfate 3 mg should be discarded safely if they are expired or no longer required.
