• Ambroxol is an expectorant/mucolytic that is used for Acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases as it works to thin down and break up sputum.

Uses:

• Acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases.
• Thickened mucus cough.
• Acute sore throat.
• Clear congestion in the treatment of respiratory diseases which have thick phlegm or too much phlegm

Precautions and warnings:

• Having asthma or asthma attacks.
• Having  liver problems.
• Having kidney problems.
• Having ulcers.
• Pregnancy.

Side effects:

• GIT Problems such as:
  • Heartburn.
  • Dyspepsia.
  • Nausea.
  • Vomiting.
• Dryness of mouth or throat

Ingredients:

• Ambroxol Hydrochloride.

Concentration:

• 15mg/5 ml.

Pharmacological classification:

• Expectorant and Mucolytic.

Volume of container:

• 100 ml.

How to Use:

• Adults and children over 12 years: 10 ml three times daily.
• Severe conditions: 20 ml twice daily.
