Method Of Administration Of Mucinex 600 Mg Extended-Release Tablets:

  • Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
  • Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
  • This medicine is intended for adults and children 12 years and older.
  • Take it with or without food.
  • Swallow the tablets whole. Do not chew, break, or crush.
  • The usual recommended dose is one or two extended-release tablets every 12 hours. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours
  • Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
  • If you take more than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital straight away.
