Uses:

• Relieve constipation.

Precautions and warnings:

• Taking it without enough liquid might cause choking.
• Consult your doctor If you have chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking.
• Consult your doctor before using it if you are pregnant or breast feeding.

Side effects:

• GI distrbance.
• Red coloring of urine.
• Electrolyte imbalance.
• Potassium loss.

Ingredients and Concentration:

• Psyllium seed, dry 2.6 g.
  
• Ispaghula husk, dry 0.11 g.
  
• Senna fruit tinnevelly, equiv. to dry 500 mg containing 15 mg of sennosides. 

Pharmacological classification:

• Stimulant laxative.

Amount:

• 250 gm.

How to Use:

• 1-2 tsp/sachets a day and don't exceed it.
