What Meclozine, Pyridoxine is used for: Meclozine, Pyridoxine is used for pregnancy complications, nausea due to motion sickness, vomiting due to motion sickness, dizziness due to motion sickness, vertigo, neurological disturbances, mental problems, anemia, convulsions, homocystinuria and other conditions. Do not take Meclozine, Pyridoxine if you have the following conditions: • Allergic reactions • Hypersensitivity Warnings and precautions: Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Meclozine, Pyridoxine if you: • have prostate hypertrophy, • have obstruction of bladder neck, • have narrow angle glaucoma, • have pyloric stenosis, • are pregnant. Possible side effects : These include drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, fatigue, vomiting, nausea, burning, stomach upset, prickling, sleepiness, tingling and severe peripheral neuropathies. Other medicines and Meclozine, Pyridoxine: Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Meclozine, Pyridoxine Tablet may interact with the following drugs and products: • Alcohol • Amiodarone • Levodopa • Phenobarbital • Phenytoin • Sedatives • Tranquilizers How to take Meclozine, Pyridoxine: Motion Sickness Adult: 1-2 tab once daily 1 hour before traveling. Dose may be repeated every 24 hours if necessary. Children 6-12 year ½: 1 tab once daily. Vertigo & vestibular disorders Adult: 1-4 tab daily in divided doses. How to store Meclozine, Pyridoxine: Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children. • Store medicines at room temperature, away from heat and direct light. Do not freeze medicines unless required by package insert. Keep medicines away from children and pets. • Do not flush medications down the toilet or pour them into drainage unless instructed to do so.
