Bacterial infections secondary to acute bronchitis : 250-500 mg every 12 hours for 5-10 days.
Skin infections, uncomplicated skin structure : 250-500 mg every 12 hours for 10 days.
Uncomplicated urinary tract infections : 125-250 mg every 12 hours for 7-10 days.
Uncomplicated: 1 gm orally once, or 1.5 gm by intramuscular injection once.
Complex : 750 mg by intramuscular injection every 8 hours.
Early Lyme disease : 500 mg orally every 12 hours for 20 days.
Severe or complicated infections : 1.5 gm by intramuscular or intravenous injection every 8 or 6 hours.
