Therapeutic Indications Of Tripofed Expectorant syrup Triprolidine 1.25mg/pseudoephedrine 30mg/Guaifenesin 100mg Reducing cold and flu symptoms Runny nose Removal of congestion, sinuses and noses Reducing mucus in the throat and chest Method Of Administration Of Tripofed Expectorant syrup For adults and children 12 years and older: 10 ml every 4 to 6 hours Leave at least four hours between doses Do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours Warnings & Special Precautions While Taking Tripofed Expectorant syrup Not recommended for children under 12 years old Not to be used by people with severe high blood pressure or heart disease Do not use in people who are allergic to any of the components of the drug Tell your doctor or pharmacist in advance if you suffer from: diabetes, hyperthyroidism, liver and kidney problems Tell your doctor if symptoms persist after use Do not take a missed dose when you forget Undesirable Side Effects Of Tripofed Expectorant syrup Insomnia, difficulty sleeping, or bad dreams drowsiness Dry mouth, nose and throat Storage Conditions Of Tripofed Expectorant syrup Store below 25°c Don’t refrigerate Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children. Store in the original package to protect from moisture. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the box/blisters/label. The expiry date refers to the last day of the month.
