Triprolidine has anticholinergic and sedative effects. Triprolidine binds to the histamine H1 receptor. This blocks the action of endogenous histamine, which subsequently leads to temporary relief of the negative symptoms brought on by histamine Pseudoephedrine is a sympathomimetic with a mixed mechanism of action, direct and indirect. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant used for reducing nasal congestion caused by allergies or the common cold. Pseudoephedrine causes blood vessels in the nasal passages to shrink (vasoconstrictor). Adults and children aged 12 years and over: One tablet every 4 - 6 hours, up to 4 times a day. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not give more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
