- Moderate ulcerative colitis in adults.

Precautions and warnings:

- Stomach cramping.
- Bloody diarrhea.
Side effects:
- Symptoms may include burping, constipation, nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, diarrhea, gas, and dizziness.
- Cold symptoms include stuffy nose, sneezing, and sore throat.
- Back ache.
- Headache.
- Rash.
- Abnormal liver function tests.
