Product Description: 
Ofev is used in patients with illnesses that result in the formation of scar tissue (fibrosis) deep within the lungs. As time passes, the scar tissue stiffens and hardens, which can impair lung function. Breathing difficulties may arise due to reduced lung function. Your heart, brain, and other organs may not receive enough oxygen, which can lead to additional medical issues. 
 
Uses: 

• treat a lung disease called idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). 
• Used to slow the rate of deterioration in pulmonary function in patients with systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD). 
   

Precautions and warnings: 

• Serious allergy to active ingredients. 
• Avoid pregnant at least 3 months after your last dose.
• Ofev can cause birth defects or death in an unborn baby. 

Side effects: 

• Nausea and vomiting. 
• Loss of appetite. 
• Stomach pain. 
• Diarrhea.  
• Weight loss. 
• Increased blood pressure. 
• Headache. 
• Increase liver enzymes. 

Ingredients:  
Nintedanib.
