Product Description:
A flexible vaginal birth control ring called NuvaRing is used to avoid getting pregnant. You insert it, leave it in for three weeks, and insert a fresh one a week later. When taken as directed, it works just as well as the medication. Estrogen and progestin are combined in NuvaRing. 
 

Uses:
Used to prevent pregnancy. 
  

Precautions and warnings:

Do not use NuvaRing if you: 

• Smoke cigarettes. 
• Over 35 years old.  
• High blood pressure that medicine can’t control.
• NuvaRing does not protect against HIV infection (AIDS) and other sexually transmitted infections. 
• Have had a stroke. 
• Have had a heart attack. 
• Have certain heart valve problems or heart rhythm problems. 
• Have diabetes with complications. 
• Have liver disease. 
• Have unexplained vaginal bleeding. 
• are pregnant or think you may be pregnant. 

Side effects: 

• Headache. 
• May cause depression.  
• Nausea and vomiting. 
• Vaginal discharge. 
• Weight gain. 
• Vaginal discomfort. 
• Breast pain. 
• Tenderness. 
• painful menstrual periods. 
• May cause abdominal pain. 
• May cause acne. 
• less sexual desire. 
    

Ingredients:  
Etonogestrel and ethinyl estradiol.

How to Use: 

• Use NuvaRing exactly as your healthcare provider tells you to use it. A 4-week cycle is followed when using NuvaRing.  
• Place one NuvaRing in the vagina and leave it there for three weeks, or twenty-one days.   
• To ensure pregnancy prevention, check NuvaRing in your vagina on a regular basis (for example, before and after intercourse).  
• Take a week off from wearing the NuvaRing (7 days).  
• It is normally during the 7-day, 1-week gap that you will have in your monthly period. 
• Put NuvaRing in and take it out at the same time and on the same day every week. 
    

Storage Conditions: 

• stored at room temperature between (20°C to 25°C). 
• Keep away from children. 
• Store in the original package to protect from sunlight.
