Product Description:

Linzess is a prescription medication used to treat irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C) and chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC) in adults.

It works by increasing fluid in the intestines, helping to soften stools and promote regular bowel movements.

How To Use:

Take one capsule daily on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before your first meal.

Swallow the capsule whole. Do not crush, chew, or open it.

If you have trouble swallowing the capsule, you may open it and sprinkle the contents into applesauce or water. Consume the mixture immediately.

If you miss a dose, skip it and take the next dose at your regular time. Do not take two doses at once.

Warnings And Precautions:

Do not take Linzess if you are allergic to linaclotide or any of the other ingredients.
Talk to your doctor before taking Linzess if you have:
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis

Severe diarrhea

A blockage in your intestines

Linzess may cause severe diarrhea. If you develop severe diarrhea, stop taking Linzess and contact your doctor.

Linzess may interact with other medications. Tell your doctor about all the medications you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
