It can be used for the following: Acute superficial wounds such as abrasions Wounds due to first and second degree burns Chronic (long term) wound such as ulcers, diabetic wounds Malodorous woumds Post operative wounds Method Of Administration Of L-MESITRAN GEL This medicine is for external use only. Wash your hands before and after. Apply a thin layer directly to the wound or on a gauze. The wound can then be covered with a dressing. Re-apply every 24 – 48 hours. Undesirable Side Effects Of L-MESITRAN GEL Stop using this product and seek immediate medical help if you develop rash; hives; itching; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; wheezing; tightness in the chest or throat; trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking; unusual hoarseness; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
