Therapeutic Indications Of L-MESITRAN GEL Medical grade honey / lanolin / vitamin C and E ointment is used to help with wound healing. It can be used for the following: Acute superficial wounds such as abrasions Wounds due to first and second degree burns Chronic (long term) wound such as ulcers, diabetic wounds Malodorous woumds Post operative wounds Method Of Administration Of L-MESITRAN GEL This medicine is for external use only. Wash your hands before and after. Apply a thin layer directly to the wound or on a gauze. The wound can then be covered with a dressing. Re-apply every 24 – 48 hours. Undesirable Side Effects Of L-MESITRAN GEL Stop using this product and seek immediate medical help if you develop rash; hives; itching; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; wheezing; tightness in the chest or throat; trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking; unusual hoarseness; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat. Medical grade honey / lanolin / vitamin C and E is generally well tolerated with no side effects. Warnings & Special Precautions While Taking L-MESITRAN GEL Talk to your doctor about all your medical conditions before taking this medicine. Other medicines and medical grade honey / lanolin / vitamin C and E Tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking. Storage Conditions Of L-MESITRAN GEL Store below 25°c Don’t refrigerate Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children. Store in the original package to protect from moisture. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the box/blisters/label. The expiry date refers to the last day of the month.
