Wash your hands before and after. Apply a thin layer directly to the wound or on a gauze. The wound can then be covered with a dressing. Re-apply every 24 – 48 hours. Undesirable Side Effects Of L-MESITRAN GEL Stop using this product and seek immediate medical help if you develop rash; hives; itching; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; wheezing; tightness in the chest or throat; trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking; unusual hoarseness; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
