Children 3-9 months: 25 ml of (amoxycillin + clavulanic acid) 125 three times a day. Children 9 months – 2 years: 5 ml of (amoxycillin + clavulanic acid) 125 three times a day. children 2-6 years: 5 ml of (amoxycillin + clavulanic acid) 125 three times a day. in severe infections this may be: Increased to 10 ml (amoxycillin + clavulanic acid) 125 three times a day. Children 7-12 years: 5 ml of (amoxycillin + clavulanic acid) 250 three times daily. In severe infections this may be: Increased to 10 ml of (amoxycillin + clavulanic acid) 250 three times a day.
