How to Use:

• The recommended daily dosage is one capsule daily with water.
• In cases of male & female infertility: one capsule daily for 3-6 months.
• In cases of Dysmenorrheal pain: one capsule daily, 2 days before menstruation, then one capsule during the first 3 days of the period.
• In cases of Hair & Skin Health: 1-3 capsules daily.
