Dapazin 10 Mg 30 Tabs

Product description:
Dapazin 10mg Tablet is used either alone or in combination with other medications to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps regulate high blood sugar levels associated with diabetes, thereby reducing the risk of severe complications and aiding in the prevention of heart disease.
Uses of Dapagliflozin:
Dapagliflozin is prescribed for managing type 2 diabetes, a condition where the body either does not produce enough insulin or is unable to use it effectively. This results in elevated blood sugar levels.
When Not to Use Dapagliflozin:
Do not take dapagliflozin if you are allergic to it or any of its ingredients.
Warnings & Precautions:
Seek medical attention immediately if you experience:
Nausea or vomiting
Stomach pain
Extreme thirst
Rapid, deep breathing
Confusion, drowsiness, or unusual tiredness
A fruity breath odor, a sweet or metallic taste, or a change in the smell of your urine or sweat
Sudden weight loss
These symptoms may indicate diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), a severe and potentially life-threatening condition caused by high ketone levels in the blood or urine.
DKA risk may increase with prolonged fasting, excessive alcohol consumption, dehydration, sudden insulin dose reductions, major surgery, or serious illness.
Even if your blood sugar levels appear normal, DKA can still occur while taking dapagliflozin. If you suspect DKA, stop taking this medicine and contact a doctor or hospital immediately.
Possible Side Effects:
Stop using dapagliflozin and seek urgent medical care if you experience:
Throat tightness or swelling of the face, eyes, lips, or tongue
Faintness or difficulty breathing
Hives or itching on the face or body
Other Medications & Dapagliflozin:

Particular caution is needed if you are using:
Diuretics (water pills): Your doctor may advise stopping dapagliflozin.
Other diabetes medications, such as insulin or sulfonylureas: Your doctor may adjust your dosage to reduce the risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
