1. Wash your hands thoroughly with water and soap before preparing baby’s food. Make sure all utensils are clean. 2. Boil 190ml milk or water and let it cool down to 50°C. 3. Measure 4 tablespoons(33g) of the instant powder. 4. Stir and add progressively milk or water until you get a homogeneous mass. 5. Always test the temperature before serving it to the baby.
