Storage Conditions:

• Insulin should be kept refrigerated at 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C).
• Don't freeze or use your Pen if it's already frozen.
• After insulin use, keep your opened Pen at room temperature up to 86°F (30°C) and discard it after 28 days.
