Product Description:

• Clovirax Cream is a prescription medication that relieves the symptoms of cold sores (Herpes Labialis) and genital herpes. 

Uses:

• Clovirax Cream is used to treat Herpes Simplex virus infections on the skin, including initial and recurrent genital herpes and herpes labialis.
• The route of administration is topical.
• Do not use in your eyes.

Precautions and warnings:

• Do not use in your eyes.
• Genital herpes, chickenpox, or shingles-affected regions should be kept clean and dry.
• Also, wear loose-fitting clothing to avoid irritating the blisters.
• It's vital to understand that this medication will not prevent you from spreading herpes to others.

Side effects:

• Rash, itching, or hives on the skin.
• Swelling in your face, lips, tongue, or other areas of your body.
• Shortness of breath, wheezing, or difficulty breathing.
• Collapse.

Ingredients:

• Acyclovir.

Concentration:

• 5% of Acyclovir.

Pharmacological classification:

• Antiviral.

Volume:

• 2 gm.

How to Use:

• Use a thin coating of cream on the afflicted region five times each day.
• Each application of Acyclovir should be spaced four hours apart.
• The suggested times are 7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm, and 11pm.

• Keep this medication out of the sight and reach of children.
• To avoid moisture, store in the original packaging.
• Do not use this drug after the expiration date listed on the box/blisters/label.
