Product Description:

• AUBAGIO 14 MG is recommended for the treatment of adult patients and children aged 10 years and older with relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis (MS).

Uses:

• Teriflunomide is indicated as monotherapy for the treatment of patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis.
• It reduces the frequency of clinical exacerbations and delay the accumulation of physical disability.

Precautions and warnings:

• Aubagio should be used with caution in patients over 65 years old.
• Patients with mild to severe hepatic impairment do not require a dosage change.
• Teriflunomide is contraindicated in persons with significant liver impairment.

Side effects:

• The most common adverse effects of Aubagio are elevated liver enzymes (which may indicate liver illness).
• Hair thinning or loss.
• Diarrhea.
• Influenza.
• Nausea.
• Low phosphate levels.
• Numbness or burning sensations in the legs, hands, arms, or feet.

Ingredients:

• Teriflunomide.
