Product Description:

• Atacand 16 mg is an angiotensin II receptor inhibitor (antagonist) and is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).

Uses:

• It acts by causing blood vessels to relax and widen.
• This helps to reduce your blood pressure.
• It also helps your heart circulate blood throughout your body.
• Atacand is effective for treating high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults, as well as children and adolescents aged 6-18.

Precautions and warnings:

• Consult your doctor before taking Atacand.
• If you have heart, liver, or kidney problems, or are undergoing dialysis. if you recently underwent a kidney transplant.
• If you are vomiting, have recently experienced severe vomiting, or have diarrhea.
