• Advantan 20 Gm Ointment is a topical corticosteroid that relieves the redness, swelling, itching and irritation of the skin in eczema and psoriasis.

Uses:

It relieves the;

• Redness.
• Swelling.
• Itching.
• Irritation of the skin in eczema and psoriasis.

Precautions and warnings:

• Don't use if you have acne, rosacea, ulcers, atrophic skin disease or perioral dermatitis.
• Don't use if you have infection due to
  - Tuberculosis (TB) or Syphilis.
  - Chicken-pox or Shingles viruses.
• Stop using it if you have allergy and consult your doctor immediately.

Side effects:

This may occur at the site of application:

• Skin infection.
• Swelling.
• Irritation.
• Bacterial skin infection.
• Cracks on the skin.
• Thinning and appearance of fine blood vessels.
