These terms govern the relationship between United Pharmacy and its customers with respect to purchasing, delivery, returns, and other service policies.
Please read these terms carefully, as your use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Delivery Times:
- Saturday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Friday: 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Delivery Cost:
- Orders below SAR 100: SAR 10
- Residential areas outside cities: SAR 10
- Shipping to areas not covered by free delivery (via Aramex): SAR 19
Wasfaty Online Orders:
- Free delivery for orders exceeding SAR 100.
- Free in-store pickup is available for Wasfaty online orders.
Insurance Orders:
- Free delivery for insurance orders exceeding SAR 100.
- Free in-store pickup is available for insurance orders.
Order Delivery Confirmation (OTP):
To ensure that the order is delivered to the correct recipient, please provide the delivery representative with the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the registered mobile number before completing the delivery.
Payment Rejection / Failure:
Orders may be declined in the following cases:
- If the delivery address or contact details provided are incorrect
- If the delivery agent is unable to reach the customer
United Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any order containing more than 5 units of the same product per customer, in line with internal policy to prevent bulk purchasing.
Use of Voucher/Promo Codes:
Voucher codes are applicable only to eligible products and cannot be used to purchase medications, infant formula, or diapers, in compliance with regulations set by the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Order Cancellation by the Customer:
To proceed with canceling an order, you must contact us first. You may cancel your order for any of the following reasons:
- If the order has not been shipped or delivered yet.
- If the cancellation occurs after the order has been shipped, cancellation fees may apply.
We reserve the right to verify the time of shipment against the cancellation request.
Order Cancellation by United Pharmacy:
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any of the following reasons:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Policy violations
- If the product is not available after placing the order, we will inform you as soon as possible about the cancellation of the order or part of it.
Order Cancellation Policy Due to Customer Non-Response:
In order to maintain service quality and ensure timely order fulfillment, if the customer does not respond to contact attempts by the Customer Care team within a maximum of three calendar days from the date of the first attempt related to order delivery, the company reserves the right to automatically cancel the order without any further obligation to the customer.
If the order was paid for using any electronic payment method, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method used. The refund will be processed within seven business days from the date of cancellation, in accordance with the procedures and policies of the payment service provider.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:
- If a product is defective or damaged, it may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Items requiring refrigeration (e.g., insulin, hormones) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items requiring stable temperatures (e.g., baby milk and food) cannot be returned for health reasons, per Ministry of Health guidelines.
- Products dispensed through insurance are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- In cases of damaged, faulty, or incorrect deliveries, no extra fees will be charged for return shipping or bank transfer.
- For returns due to change of mind, the customer may return the item to the nearest United Pharmacy branch free of charge or bear a return shipping cost of SAR 10.
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and manuals.
- Items showing scratches, misuse, or damage due to incompatible voltage are not eligible for return.
- United Pharmacy reserves the right to approve or reject any return based on the above criteria.

Value-Added Tax (VAT):
A 15% VAT applies to all taxable products as per Saudi tax regulations.
Warranty, Maintenance, and Repairs:
Warranty applies only to medical devices in accordance with the terms provided by the authorized distributor.
Competition Participation Terms:
Entry Fees:
No entry fees are required unless stated otherwise. Any costs related to accessing the competition website or tools are the participant’s responsibility.
Entry Restrictions:
Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is allowed. Entries submitted through automated services or bots will be automatically disqualified.
Disqualification:
United Pharmacy reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits offensive, inappropriate, or rule-violating content, or for any other reason deemed necessary to ensure fairness.
Prize Distribution:
Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of winner confirmation. Delivery restrictions may apply. Prizes will only be shipped within the specified delivery zones.
Prize Substitution:
If a prize (or part of it) is unavailable, United Pharmacy may substitute it with another item of equal or greater value at its discretion.
Use of Submissions:
By entering, all participants grant United Pharmacy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and publish any submitted content in any media.
Intellectual Property:
Participants guarantee that they own the intellectual property rights to their submissions or have obtained all necessary permissions.
Force Majeure:
United Pharmacy shall not be held liable for any act, omission, failure, or delay caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, riots, terrorism, pandemics, or governmental actions.
Changes to Terms:
United Pharmacy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on the competition webpage.
Personal Information:
All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with third parties unless required for competition execution or by law.
Indemnity:
Participants agree to indemnify United Pharmacy against all claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from participation in the competition, including violations of these terms.
Jurisdiction:
These terms and any competition shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.
