Demand Planner

Position Overview: 

The Demand Planner will analyze and forecast customer demand across different sales types, supporting inventory planning activities and improving availability and store readiness, particularly for seasonal demand, promotions, and new store openings.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical sales data to understand demand patterns, trends, and seasonality.
• Prepare demand forecasts across sales types (Cash / Insurance / Wasfaty).
• Build and maintain demand forecasts for new store openings, leveraging historical benchmarks and early sales data.
• Work closely with the Commercial team to improve product availability and store readiness for seasonal peaks and promotional periods.
• Monitor demand performance and highlight risks, opportunities, and key changes affecting availability.
• Prepare clear demand reports and insights to support decision-making using Excel and Power Query.

Requirements:

• Licensed Pharmacist (mandatory).
• Previous experience in Demand Planning is preferred.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work with huge data.
• Comfortable working with Excel and Power Query.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with different teams.
