Treatment of mucous secretions due to pulmonary disease.


Product Description:


  • Treatment of bronchopulmonary  infections related to mucous secretion and clearance.


  • Bronchial Mucolytic

Precautions and warnings:


  •  Increased mucus secretions may occur.
  • Gastric ulcer Use caution in patients with history of gastric ulcers.
  • Hepatic disease Use with caution in patients with severe hepatic disease
  • Renal impairment Use with caution in patients with severe renal failure


Side effects:


  • Stop using the product if you develop:
  • throat tightness 
  • swelling of the eyes.
  • face
  • lips 
  • tongue.
  • feel faint 
  • have difficulty breathing
  • hives
  • itching of the face and body.




  • Bromohexine HCL.



  • 8 mg.

Pharmacological classification:


  • Cough Cold And Allergy drugs.

Number of tablets :

  • 20 tablets.

How to Use:

  • children < 2 years: 1/4 teaspoonful (1.25 ml) of EZOLVIN syrup three times daily.
  • Children from 2 to 5 years: 1/2 EZOLVIN tablet, twice daily or 1/2 teaspoonful (2.5 ml) of EZOLVIN syrup three times daily.
  • Children from 5 to 10 years: 1/2 EZOLVIN tablet, or 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) of EZOLVIN syrup three times daily.
  • Adults & children years: 1 EZOLVIN tablet, or 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) of EZOLVIN syrup three times daily.


Storage Conditions:


  • Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
  • Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the carton. The expiry date
  • refers to the last day of that month.
  • Do not store above 25°C. Store in the original container. Keep the container tightly closed.
  • Do not use Bromhexine if you notice any deterioration or damage to the outer packaging.
  • Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste.
  • Dosage form and route of administration of Bromhexine Syrup 0.8ml/mg should be prescribed
  • according to therapeutic indication and disease severity of each individual patient.
